Mr. Christodoulos Damianou is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in business
administration from Southern Illinois University and he is a US CPA. He has extensive experience cross-border structuring, joint ventures and M&A in the countries of Southeast Europe and CIS.
He specializes in international tax structuring and planning, including
real estate structuring. He has over 35 years of working experience in tax
consulting, working with local as well as multinational companies.
Previously in his career he has served as the European Chairman of the 5th largest international accounting association in the world for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region as well as President of the Junior Chamber International of Cyprus.
He is also a member of a number of international trade associations and a Board Member of some house-hold name companies

Mr Assiotis is a Finance and Investments professional with over 23 years of experience. He holds a MBA from The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He holds a CySEC Advanced Certificate and is also an AML Certified Officer. Mr Assiotis started his career at first as an Investment Advisor, subsequently a Portfolio Manager and registered stockbroker in equities and derivatives. He also co-founded Mega Equity Financial Services Public Ltd, one of the biggest Financial Services Firms in Cyprus, where he served as an executive director for 20 years.

Mr Angelov is a Banking and Finance Professional with 30 years of experience in banking. He holds a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of National and World Economy Sofia, Bulgaria. His career started in 1991 as a front office employee in a state bank. By 1997 he was Executive Director in a private bank. Among others positions he served as Chief Executive Director and Chairman of the Managing Board – Eurobank AD, Sofia and CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Bank Bulgaria. He was Member of the Executive Board of Association of Banks in Bulgaria, Member of the Board of Directors of the national payment operator BORICA BANKSERVICE and Manager of International Banking Institute a joint venture between Association of Banks in Bulgaria the Central Bank of Bulgaria and Banque due France. Currently is the General Manager of Piraeus Real Estate Ltd, Bulgaria and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sky Asset Management, Bulgaria.

Mrs Skouri is a Law Professional with extensive experience in fund legislation and structure. She holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) in European Law and Governance from the University of Manchester, UK and a Bachelor Degree in Law – LLB Law / University of Leicester, UK. Mrs Skouri is a Member of Cyprus Bar Association / Membership since 2012. She is currently the Head of Corporate and Commercial Department – Athos Demetriou Associates LLC.

Mrs. Music serves as the Regulatory Compliance and AML Officer at Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the firm’s full compliance with CySEC regulations, anti-money laundering legislation, and internal governance frameworks. She oversees regulatory reporting, KYC/AML procedures, and investor due diligence, while also supporting the development of a strong compliance culture within the organization. Certified through the CySEC AML and Advanced Compliance exams, she combines her regulatory expertise with her background in office administration and her fluency in English, Greek, and Serbian to provide comprehensive oversight and guidance across the company’s operations
